New Bicycle Accessory!

I was searching Pinterest for ideas or accessories for my bike. I forgot that one of the accessories I wanted to add was a rear view mirror. I'm not sure if any of you have this problem, but when I'm riding in the street I have to constantly look back for cars. I think this is a safety issue because I'm taking away from looking what is in front of me and there is always a chance something/someone may dart out in front of me and cause me to crash or fall off my bike. Last week, I finally decided to purchase one of the mirrors in my wish list. I had been eyeing this mirror since last week, but I like to read reviews and I was skeptical about purchasing it. One of the biggest complaints I saw in the review is that it did not a lot of handlebars (especially vintage). Ultimately, I decided to purchase the mirror because of the price and I figured even if it was worthless I would be spending under $10 for it, so it wouldn't be a huge loss. The mirror I decided to purchase was the Sunlite Rectangular Mirror, which was only $7.80. I purchased this mirror last week and it just came this Saturday, so I have not had the chance to try it out. Today, was Easter Sunday, so I had to make sure my daughter had a good day. Despite all of the negative reviews, I was able to fit the mirror on my bike without any difficulties. Now I just can't wait to test the mirror out.
